Return Policy

1. Returns for Clothing Items

We accept returns for clothing items within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All non-clothing items
  • Accessories
  • Home goods
  • Electronics

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Return Pickup

For your convenience, we will pick up eligible clothing returns from your location at no cost to you. Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will contact you to schedule a pickup at a time that works for you.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos of the damaged items to process your claim.
